Summary
Over the last 18 months the Compliance Group has created a competency framework
and levels of technical and behavioural competencies and linked these to job
descriptions, a performance development framework, succession plannning and
remuneration. The work is still on-going and evolving.
This case study will provide a working example of how to build organisational
capability and develop a culture of learning through the use of a competency
framework. Included in this presentation will be:
