Topic : Service First - Making Every Contact Count
Summary
New Zealand Police wants to make every contact count. We want to make it easier
for the public to deal with us so we are talking to people who have had contact
with us about their experiences. Their feedback is helping us shape the way we
deliver policing services in the future. We are using the Common Measurements
Tool to target our questions around the aspects of service quality that are
important to New Zealanders.
In our case study we will share with you our experiences of applying some of the
learnings from the New Zealanders' Experience research and in piloting the
Common Measurements Tool.
