Topic : Outcome Performance Monitoring Framework

Summary

The MAF Outcome Performance Monitoring framework was developed to allow MAF to assess its performance against its end and intermediate outcomes. The measures contained in the framework are based on a conceptualisation of what achieving each outcome would look like (ie what is success with respect to this outcome). The presentation will outline how MAF has operationalised this approach to outcome measurement. The takeaways for delegates are that: monitoring outcomes performance is achievable; there is likely to be a body of knowledge within their organisation that can be used to develop these type of measures; and that developing outcome measures is a vehicle for creating an internal dialogue and focus on organisational goals and objectives.
