Want to know if your frontline is making a difference?  Want to convince Treasury?  This presentation describes a joint Treasury/MSD project where we developed an innovative, cutting-edge impact value assessment that enabled us to demonstrate the overall effectiveness of Work and Income at moving people into work. We'll then describe how to translate that work into other public sector environments.
